I really want to thank everyone from the bottom of my heart for all the condolences. Really a big thank you.

It was a big blow to the entire family. No one expected such things to happen. I flew off to South Africa as soon as possible when we got the news. Our heart just sank to the bottom. Everyone in the family went speechless and what I can see was tears rolling down on each and everyone's face.

When I was on the plane, I just cried and cried. I can't accept it that Daddy's gone just like that. It really hurts me too much. Just imagine that when I last saw him was a month ago, when I sent him off to South Africa training. Sigh. Touched down at Bloemfontein, South Africa. Went to see Daddy at the hospital and also went to the spot where he spiraled down. He got quite a number of bruises on his face. We just cried and cried. Talked to Daddy. But seeing him resting in peace, I felt some comfort. It really hurt us so deep.

On the second day, went to choose the casket for Daddy and also went to pack his stuffs. Pay the last respect to Daddy before he was sent to the airport to take the same flight back as us.

On the third day, took a flight back with Daddy. Arrived in Singapore on Sunday morning. Did preparations for the wake.

The first day of the wake was so packed. There's 300+ people who pay tribute to Daddy. Daddy, I knew you saw all your friends & relatives. The second day of the wake was also packed with 300+ people. Daddy, you are a well respected guy in army. That was what your friends told us. We even call Stanley as kor kor now. We never know you told him so much. You treated him just like a son of yours.

Daddy,
we really miss you so dearly. You left us without a word. It's was really a heartbreaking news to all of us. But don't worry, we will take care of ourselves. We know you are watching us from high above and you will give all of us your blessings. We love you, Daddy. You will always be in our heart. R.I.P
